Kerry still "doesn't get it." As argued(perhaps ad nauseum)earlier, even if we somehow killed OBL and *every* member of Al Qaida, Islamofascism would *still* have won an enormous victory. The overthrow of the Taliban was grossly insufficient to avenge the loss of life, property, prestige, and domestic income resulting from the 9/11 attacks. I'd love to see OBL martyred and would engage in some long delayed "Binladenfreude",but OBL, dead or alive, serves as an inspiration to scores, if not hundreds of millions of Islamofascist-would-be-terrorists. OBL prattled on about the justification of killing 4 million Americans. Bush should have stated soon after 9/11 that we would be justified in killing 1.2 *billion Muslims, but that because of his Christian convictions, there would be a stay of execution while Islam is given a second chance - in spite of the centuries of aggression against the West and the hate spewed(spewn? gespewen?) from most Mosques before and after 9/11.
