Or: The "Small Beer" of Living Dangerously

It's (John J.)Miller time on the Corner with his link to fossil finds of "little people" or so-called "Hobbits" in Indonesia. I've had trouble logging on today, but it may not be too late to launch a preemptive strike against or engage in what TNR might call "precriminations" about any "ad hominid" claims that this sub-species of humans is, in truth, extant in Indonesia, and that this was the reason Linda "Living Fossil" Hunt was chosen for a role in "The Year of Living Dangerously."
(uh-oh...my small still voice is telling me that I can't weasel out of responsibility for the above canard. And that in my dreams I'll be visited by a tiny, vengeful member of the "Fremen" swearing "vendetta" and "jihad.")
