A Summation for Saddam?

REACTIONRY DIGEST reports that a german psychiatrist has been retained for an insanity defence by "President" Hussein. Frustrated by a translation of an opening statement as, "Crazy, that Saddam," the blitzshrink shrieked a palindromic pidgin, "Mad das Saddam."
Yep, that's one tough Tollhaus kookie....
Yeah, it's no "A man, a plan, a canal -Panama" or even "Maddam, I'm Adam,"
