Scrappling with someone who suggested that we "learn" from the UN's new "Under-Secretary-General For Humanitarian Affairs":

Yep, he's right; "There will always be an Egeland." The poor you will always have with you - and those who blame their poverty on the West.
And while there's something to be said for "keeping your friends close and your enemies, closer," a UN headquartered in Brussels, or even more appropriately, Pyongyang, would be close enough.
