Scrappleface's "Rumsfeld failed to lick stamps for GI death letters" provides an excuse to recycle one of my oldies(which actually once got a "Ha!" from an NRO writer- whoopee-):

British Stamp Act?

An unnamed British naval attache suggested that the "Secretary put his stamp of approval on a plan for expanding internet access and instituting a daily ration of grog for the troops." He added, "What will hold this coalition together is Rumsfeld, bloggery* and the lush."

* I think that JD was the first to write "bloggery."
