Gee, Derb, d'ya 'spose there is a group of pro-democracy bureaucrats known as the "Mandarin Orange"?

Btw., I long ago stopped wearin' the orange on St. Patty's Day, given that nobody "got it," although an old-timer told me that back in the day, that was(in effect)an invitation to a Donnybrook.
